Product Manager – EverClean Field Service

The Product Manager, EverClean Field Service, leads the direction of our service operations for EverClean, a field-service platform supporting ROV-based hull-cleaning operations. This role defines the roadmap, guides execution, and ensures the product meets operational needs across vessels, technicians, and managed service providers. The Product Manager is accountable for enabling the field-service organization to deliver consistent, measurable, high- quality cleaning on every vessel visit. The role emphasizes building repeatable processes and using data to understand and improve the performance of both the technology and the field teams. This position works closely with technology, performance, and field-service teams to ensure EverClean delivers high quality at scale.


Remote Systems Operator

The Remote Systems Operator is a key member of the EverClean Field Service Team at Greensea IQ, responsible for operating, maintaining, and managing remote robotic hull cleaning systems across the global EverClean fleet.
This role combines remote piloting and technical maintenance responsibilities, conducting precision cleaning and inspection missions from shore-based control centers while performing hands-on maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of robotic systems to ensure peak performance in the field.
This position is well suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working with both technology and mechanical systems in dynamic environments.


EverClean Field Technician

The EverClean Field Technician is responsible for tendering and piloting Greensea IQ’s Hull Service Robot (HSR) in a safe and efficient manner. The candidate should be competent in the maintenance and repair of all electronic, electrical, mechanical, and sub-systems associated with the vehicle. This includes component repair, replacement, and troubleshooting. Most operations will take place at major ports and harbors around the country and will require a significant amount of traveling. This includes driving a control van that is specially outfitted for the vehicles. The EverClean Field Technician will report directly to the EverClean Field Supervisor.


Chief Financial Officer

Greensea IQ is seeking an experienced and growth-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to become an integral part of our executive team. The CFO will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic and financial goals. While the CFO’s primary responsibilities will encompass all financial elements of the organization, we seek a strategic individual who can enable business growth and facilitate global expansion of EverClean while mitigating key business risks. The ideal candidate will oversee the financial team at Greensea and completely own the financial workflows to ensure Greensea IQ’s success. The CFO must strike a balance between short- and long-range considerations to manage and grow the business consistent with Greensea IQ’s strategy and values. The CFO will join the executive team consisting of the CEO, CGO, and COO to develop, execute, and manage Greensea IQ’s growth strategies.


Financial Controller

This role is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions while partnering closely with the FP&A Director and CFO to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on operator and a systems thinker — capable of leading the accounting team, improving processes & systems, and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and insight in financial reporting.


Robotics Engineer – Software & Integrations

The Robotics Engineer – Software & Integrations will be a critical member of Greensea IQ’s multidisciplinary engineering team, with primary responsibility for the Bayonet Family of Products at our Plymouth, MA facility. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and integrating software into the Bayonet AUGV line of vehicles, RNAV family of systems, HANC Subsea Control System, and IQNS, ensuring production-ready deployment and robust system performance.
